Roadies' fame Ayaz Ahmed is ready for his first brush with fiction drama. The young blood is soon to be seen playing a gun-toting gangster with a golden heart in Saurabh Tewari's next on Life Ok, tentatively titled Adaa.
The show is said to be a love story with a spark and is touted to be one of its kinds in the genre of romantic shows aired on small screen. Ayaz in the show will be sporting a rugged look complete with unkempt beard. The teasers of the show, which will be out on Monday, have been shot in monochrome.
Newbie Nikita Sharma, who will play the title role of Adaa, will be seen in white, Ayaz will be seen in all black. Speaking on the same, a source said, "It signifies the meeting of two world. Ayaz, who plays Mumbai guy Raghu, will go to Kashmir to help Adaa".
Farooq Sheikh and Kishori Shahane will be playing Nikita's parents while Sumeet Kaul will be playing her maternal uncle. The leads have shot a love song in Death Valley, near Gulmarg, on Sunday.
