The horror filmmakers always aim at scaring their audience and if they succeed in the same, half the battle is won. And getting people experience the chilling down their nerves is indeed a task.
But it seems Ekta Kapoor and Vishal Bhardwaj's co-production, Ek Thi Daayan, released last week, has succeeded in doing so. While you might not have got scared with the film starring Konkana Sen Sharma, Emraan Hashmi, Huma Qureshi and Kalki Koechlin but Ekta’s Naayika, Kritika Kamra definitely got daunted.
"When I came out in the interval, I was so shaken," said the actress, who recently shot for the last episode of the serial Ek Thhi Naayika, which went on air on Life OK to promote Ek Thi Daayan. "I got very scared even after (watching) the first half. I got so involved that I really got very scared," added Kritika.
Ek Thhi Naayika, a 16-episode show, started off on March 9 and the last story of it featuring Kritika will go on air this weekend. Konkana's performance in the Kannan Iyer-directed drama left Kritika all impressed. She said, "Right from the beginning till the end, and even when she is not in her daayan avatar, it feels scary to see her (Konkana) as she is a great performer”.
You certainly proved to be a good audience Kritika!
