Life OK’s Savitri helmed by Flying Turtle Films is soon to witness the entry of a vampire in actress Meenakshi Arya, who was earlier seen in the challenging role of Rinki on Life OK’s 26-12.
The vampire named Yakshini will be seen essaying a double role. Both her roles will have supernatural powers; one of her role will be that of a pretty seductress while the other will be of a scary witch. She will also be a shape shifter and would be seen transforming herself into any look. Yakshini will be a complete negative character, who will trick Savitri (Ridhi Dogra).
Her entry will be shown once Savitri goes to a black magic temple where Rahukaal’s (Krip Suri) hand is kept. Yakshini will make it difficult for Savitri to reach Rahukaal’s hand. Eventually she will also help Savitri in getting Rahukaal’s hands. On being contacted, Meenakshi Arya confirmed the news of her entry in Savitri, “Yes, I am starting shoot from Monday. All I know is that I have a double role to play. I do not know much on the characters and track, as I am still on the verge of finalizing my look.”
Her introduction will happen in Wednesday’s episode (24 April 2013). It has already been reported that Karan Suchak who is presently seen in Star Plus’ Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain will also enter the show as Dev’s (Angad Hasija) brother who is basically a zombie hunter.
