At the event Giaa was spotted having a gala time with her mother and close friend Vishal Singh (Saath Nibhana Saathiya). Her comfort level with Vishal, who plays Jigar in Saathiya, many turn their heads and suspect if something is brewing amidst the two. It is notable that both Giaa and Vishal shared the space onscreen in Saathiya until Devoleena Bhattacharjee came as the replacement for Giaa when she took part in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
When Giaa was asked about the close bond with Vishal, she said, “No, we are very good friends. It is just that because of our busy schedules, we don’t get time to catch up. We met up after a long time at the awards and the post party hence spent all our time together.” When updated about the curiosity people have over her relationship status, she shared, “Since not much is known about my personal life, a certain amount of curiosity is bound to happen. Honestly there is nothing happening in my personal life, right now I am focusing only on work.”
Speaking about her Mr. Right, she said, “I am looking for a good human being who will take care of me. Good looks are important, but I would prefer a guy who is not that great in looks, if he is a better person. Even if you are dapper in looks, but is not nice to me, what is the use?”
