The actress, who began her career by winning the eighth season of Roadies, said that she felt the same when she won the reality show. "I can't believe that I won the award. Even when I won Roadies, I was in this trauma for a week that this can't be possible. I can't win! I am in exactly the same zone right now," said Aanchal.
She bagged the trophy for playing the cunning and conniving daughter-in-law Charu in Zee TV’s Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke. This is her debut show and she faced nomination along with known faces like Adaa Khan (Amrit Manthan), Mouli Ganguly (Kya Hua Tera Vaada) and Seema Mishra (Madhubala) who leave no stone unturned to bring in problems for protagonists in their respective shows.
"I was nominated with all the big faces like Mouli Ganguly, Adaa Khan...I was not expecting it. They have been working for so many years. I was a newcomer with a fresh face, so it was a tough competition for me. I guess, the luck and the hard work favored me," she said. Though she has won the award for playing a negative role but she is more inclined towards doing a positive role next. She said, "If I will take up some other show, I will be looking for a positive character."
Hope something fruitful comes your way!
