However, disagreement, doubts and suspicion keep on invading the peace in joint families. Something similar would now be seen in Sony TV’s Amita Ka Amit helmed by Swastik Productions. Falguni (Meenal Vijay Pendse) will fail find her valuable ornament and she will immediately suspect the naïve and innocent bahu of hers, Amita (Chandni Bhagwanani).
Meanwhile, Amita, who is trying hard to improve her relationship with husband Amit (Nishad Vaidya), will be completely baffled over the accusations. However, the missing jewellery will be found on the day a household Gopal puja will be on. Falguni will then clear it to all that her doubt on Amita was all baseless. This will result in Amit starting to respect his wife, which will bring both of them closer.
Meenal said, “I know nothing about this. All I know is that baa wants the jewellery to be polished as she wants to do a puja.”
Stating her views on her soap once again being a saas bahu drama, she shared, “Even if there is saas and bahu conflict this is no melodramatic saas bahu saga. Falguni is after all a perfectionist who feels that Amita isn’t too well groomed. When she does something right she praises her. When she does something wrong she corrects her.”
