Actor says he was too fat when in school but he overcame when entered in college. He chooses this commercial because he feels being actors, who are known for the physique and body it, is their moral duty to do something for people who are battling weight issues.
“We are shooting for a slimming product. And being actors, we realized that we should do something for people battling weight issues, said Ronit, who came forward with this initiative with brother for the first time.
When asked whether he has ever faced weight problems, he said “Yes, I have battled weight issues. Being a bookworm, as a child I would just eat and read. As a result, I was overweight. But I realized the need to be fit once I went to college. I got very conscious about my looks and started watching my diet.”
