While replacing the lead faces stands to be a big challenge, bringing in new faces for the characters roles doesn’t give much of a trouble. A similar sort of change is to be experienced by Sahara One’s Ghar Aaja Pardesi. It has been learnt that veteran character actor Iqbal Azad is to step in the shoes of Abir Goswami.
From now on Iqbal will be seen playing Madhav chacha in the show. It is notable that Iqbal has theatre experience, and has also done several advertisements. He has proved his acting mettle in shows like Choti Maa, Kesar, Kumkum and at present he is seen in Zee TV’s Badalte Rishton Ki Daastaan.
Meanwhile, Abir is currently doing Star Plus’ Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, where he plays the uncle to female lead Pankhuri (Disha Parmar).
