Rajat Tokas visited Dargah Hazrat Nizamuddin at Karjat!
Popular television actor Rajat Tokas is coming back to small screen with serial about historical story of Jodha Akbar, which is being helmed by Ekta Kapoor on Zee TV.  The 21-years-old actor, who is currently busy in the shooting at Karjat, Delhi took a day off from the work to visit the holy place Dargah Hazrat Nizamuddin.

Rajat will be seen doing Akbar’s role in the period drama and has also visited the place in character’s costume.  The young artist was guided by Syed Faiz Nizami from the Dargah, and took a tour of the Dargah and offered prayers for the success of the show.

According to sources, the news of actors coming at Darghah was spread like fire in localist, who reached there to meet him. As people at the Dargah are used to celebrity appearances, followed the actor and asked the crew about him. From Salman Khan to Hrithik Roshan, many names were thrown around until they found out that it was actually a TV actor, says source.

Rajat said, “I have spent half my life here in Delhi but I never visited this place. Akbar bana, aur aaj main yahaan hoon. I hope to come back here very soon.”

Rajat rose to stardom portraying iconic character of Prithviraj in Star Plus’s mythological show Prithviraj Chauhan.
